Scott’s only utilises cookies which are required for the functioning of its website (technical cookies), third parties such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and other non-associated websites, which are not under the control or report to Scott’s may have operating cookies activated and may record your activity when accessing via such websites.

For that reason, if you decide to use those third-party websites this is done out of the control, responsibility or reporting elements of Scott’s (e.g. Google Maps).

We do not offer payment methods or facilities, or reservations, therefore your data is never collected, requested or processed by Scott’s.

As the operator of the website or page provider, we collect data on access to the website according to our legitimate interest and store it as "server log files" on the website server. The following data is stored in this way:

- Amount of data sent in bytes
- Source/reference from which you arrived on the page

- Operating system used
- IP address used

Server log files are stored for a maximum of 60 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, for example to clarify cases of misuse. If data has to be deleted for evidentiary reasons, it cannot be deleted until the incident has been definitively clarified.
